Vlad Dzhashi, MD, managing partner
Vlad has worked more than a decade as a locums hospitalist across the country. On top of having vast locum tenens experience, he’s been educating physicians on the lifestyle, financial and career topics through his articles on popular platforms like KevinMD, Doximity, Student Doctor Network and his website TheLocumTenensGuy.
Vlad has also coached and helped dozens of residents and practicing physicians to successfully launch their locum tenens careers.
Despite the fact that he enjoyed the locum tenens lifestyle, Vlad, like many other doctors, had to deal with many frustrations along the way. Agencies' lack of transparency and misunderstanding of what hospitals and providers look for to poor communication.
That’s why he embarked on a journey to connect hospitals with quality candidates in a new, transparent way with a goal to provide quality care to patients across the country.
Vladimir Stepania, MHA, managing partner
Vladimir is a rare example of a former NBA player who successfully transitioned to the business career. He has been in the healthcare industry for 15 years, having managed multiple boarding homes and WA-state-based home-care staffing services.
Vladimir was drawn to healthcare because of his own struggles with his health back in 2006 to 2007. While recovering from multiple injuries and restarting his life, he went back to school to get his Healthcare Administrator Degree from University of Washington School of Public Health, Masters of Arts in Marketing from New York University as well as Doctors of Business Administration from Anaheim University.
Vladimir enjoys his wide experience in the Healthcare industry and working with local and nationwide medical facilities to assist them with achieving their goals.
